The best place to enjoy a workout with people who become friends. Kim and Rob are both extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of training. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive, friendly and upbeat place to continuously push yourself to become more fit. Itll be the best hour of your day!
Feels like my second home! Rob & Kim are amazing coachs, they take the time to get to know you, give you advice, tell you the truth (even if you dont want it ;))the community is awesome, very supportive! They were my first pitstop to my new lifestyle, and both have been there for any questions or concerns Ive had along the way. I only have praises for them! Theyre an amazing duo!
